So the 45s have turned into the Borgias. This may be one of the best examples of diverting attention from the now to events in then. Instead of concentrating on the immediate issues at hand; the lack of action in the Congress and the White House, the lack of intelligence in the government, the never-ending suspicions – yea – beliefs that the 2016 Election was a joint effort by The US and Russia, the lies, high crimes and misdemeanors that rouse no anger or suspicions, we dig up the good old “Who Killed JFK” tamasha. This one never crossed my mind, but the plan is brilliant and evil.
Those who still remember that day in Dallas – 54 years ago(!!!!!) are still fascinated by the entire story. Theories, conspiracies, facts, lies, the size dress Mrs. Kennedy wore, the grassy knoll, the unanswered questions, Jack Ruby and the weeping are a never healing suppurating wound in the side of this nation.
Is this the fiddle that the 45’s have found to accompany the nation’s perpetual dirge? Gone are the perps ; their due process null and void. The people in the painful images of those days are mostly dead. The last child standing is a grown woman. Does he want really yearn for this “history” to be further told. Why not just disinter the corpses and have them be questioned. Or preserved under glass and laid in the rotunda? Was this one of “promises” and did I miss it. No wonder he stays up all night. Stephen Miller at his finest hour (his folks must be so proud). Or maybe he had never heard of it before?
I must note that of all the dirty, nasty red herrings the 45’s have tossed, stinking, into the last 22 months – this one defies description.

None dare call it what it is. None dare stop it now?
I will call its name TREASON.
The NYTimes is very stingy when it comes to font size in their headlines. In fact it downplays most headlines as a matter of style the evidence seems to proven (let’s hope). They cut loose today. Not a great sign. So how do we accept a man who has known, abetted or aided in violating the constitution and will send this country into chaos.
A man and his minions who so wanted to win the prize and would do anything it took to get it. Or an easily conned con artist ANYTHING AT ALL. And so they did. It is far too late to ask ‘cui bono’?
Is this an algorithmic coup’d’etat? I am not a hacker so I cannot offer an answer – but I know how it feels to me. And I absolutely believe it can and could be done. Imagine if another major world power did this. We would call out the Marines. We would round-up our forces to show everyone watching that this country is not about allow hacked elections, lies, cheating and treason to our nation friends and allies. Now who shall we call?
This is my burning question is this :
WHAT IS GOING TO BE DONE?
Maybe we should all ask ourselves this question because even those who supported the architect of the coup. Even those chose this dupe should be able to admit this is not quite what Americans as a whole had in mind. Not just the Democrats. ALL of us. Even Snowden and Manning (Those vile monsters who betrayed our country. Those we quickly deplored and put in exile. Are they really traitors? or unsung heroes). Even if you achieve the end of the world we have now, who will you tell? Who will be left to listen.
The clock is ticking citizens of the land. Defenders of the Constitution? And time is running into the gutter. I am not going quietly into this sinkhole. Can I get a witness?

For those who imagine it gets better post-election; I believe it is just the start of worse. The GOP obstructionists have now honed their cones on the eight years of Mr. Obama. They have perfected roadblocks, diversions, subterfuge, lies and blackmail to an art and if that’s what we get – then we have also done it to ourselves. Democrats talk the talk but they don’t always walk the walk. Dealing with a con man (more accomplished than Mr. Madoff at that) requires more than we could or should have done. We relied on experience, professionalism, common sense and dignity. What were we thinking ?
The GOP are so fucking focussed it scares me. Tunnel vision unfettered by those tiresome and ridiculous socially important agendas . And the rank and file buy into the fast talk of a Three Card Monte dealer.He repeats their worst nightmares in every GOP speech. Ignorant, stubborn, religious, too white? Bigots. Urban poor. DJT/the GOP’s finest doesn’t speak with a forked tongue he speaks with a forklift encompassing so many groups of citizens whom, by the way, all hate each other, it’s damn near simultaneous translation time at the Tower of Babel. But they let him loose.
I do think the GOP could have stopped DJT; but confused, they refused. They couldn’t dredge up a single appealing candidate to run. A name picked from a hat would have been better. Are they humiliated? I doubt it ; because if DJT wins – they win (in their tiny minds) and we reap the fouled fruit of their techniques. And this is the year, lined up and ready the true believers pay to slide down the razor blade ride of the 2016 Sideshow and Snake Oil Offers. The Year of the Bigot, Bias and Buffoon.
Top kudos, though, should rightly go to social media as the fountain from which this swamp of slime and sleaze oozed. Bi-partisan rock throwing, braid pulling, pussy grabbing, deniability; because we too – every person, every opinion, every tweet and post have enabled this to happen. BOTH SIDES. Oh and the entire world. Surprised – don’t be – turns out we have proven – beyond a doubt that the pen is mightier than the sword. It simply has been upgraded to a keyboard and send button.

If eyes are the windows to the soul, looking into the eyes of the folks on Dubya’s buddy list probably reveals optic nerves. I doubt there is anything more to see in them – but George sees something I don’t and it makes me wonder if he is seeing himself as he would like to be and not as he is. I used to think it was odd that George found looking into the eyes of Vladimir Putin and Pervez Musharraf so edifying (unless you are looking for upscale dictators who wield the kind of iron grip on their countries that George will never wield). Not any longer. I think too many people have let George slide with this “he’s naive” garbage when he says he finds “depth” in the eyes of these two leaders. “At the end of their first summit meeting in Slovenia Mr Bush described Mr Putin (he calls him Vlad) as a straightforward and trustworthy man.” Referring to a visit here by Pervez he said this “We remember fondly, Mr. President, your great hospitality in Pakistan and we remember the importance of that visit — it reconfirmed our friendship…” I think he sees very clearly what he sees. He may say something else (who can even tell what he says anymore) but these two are stone cold despots and I think George knows it and really likes what he really sees. I think he really likes Dick too for the same reason. They may remind him of Momma but mostly they probably take him to a place he thought he might go in 2000 when he stole the election from Al Gore. Why isn’t Chavez on the list? I suspect he finds Hugo Chavez an oaf and because he doesn’t see that he too is an oaf, he mocks him. Chavez is an oaf but he is also a despot so I am still surprised George hasn’t added him for a trifecta – but oafs and bullies tend to be picky about the people they IM. I wonder who gets mocked more? Dubya or Hugo? (Kudos to the King of Spain for his recent outburst too) And now Dubya is confused – Tony Blair is history and Gordon Brown just axed Pakistan from the Commonwealth nations so George must be thinking like a chameleon on plaid right now. Or sucking on a pretzel.
Every morning when I wake up I am pimp slapped by the fact that Dubya is still president – I find comfort only in the thought that a collective pimp slap is taking place all over this country. I miss Bill and I am not sure about Hilary because I still have a slight crush on Bill and so that seems weird. I like Obama too. But more than anything, I look forward to the day when I wake up and smile because Dubya, his buddy list and his smirk will be back in Crawford – kicking shit – which is what he seems to do best.
